To determine the correct size for you, please use a measuring tape and measure around the fullest part of your bust, the narrowest part of your torso for the waist and around the fullest part of your hips.
Many of the fabrics that I'm working with contain a small percentage of elastane (spandex) and most garments are therefore stretchy.
